Q) What is a Loan Stretcher Plan?
A) A loan that helps to make your finances manageable!
A Loan Stretcher Plan is a special type of loan. It allows you to pay off all your existing debts with one convenient payment, by taking the finance over a longer period. The interest rates are generally lower and repayments can be arranged over a longer period of time.
A longer repayment period will mean that you have more time to repay your loan. That however is likely to mean that you will pay more interest overall.

Q) Can I pay more than the agreed monthly instalment?
A) Of Course.
You can pay as much as you like provided it is not less than your agreed monthly repayment. On some of our loans this can be done just through the monthly payments, on others it can be done by repaying a part of the loan.

Q) Can I repay the loan early in a lump sum?
A) Yes the loan can be repaid at any time.
An early repayment charge may be payable on some loans.

Q) Can I choose a repayment to suit my pocket?
A) Absolutely.
You can spread your loan over a range of repayment periods enabling you to choose how much you pay each month and ensure that your monthly repayments will cost as much as you feel you can comfortably afford.

You can pay off your existing loan with the proceeds of your sale. Alternatively, you may be able to transfer your loan to your new property, subject to meeting the lender's requirements.

You may be able to borrow more money after a few months as long as there is enough equity in the property being used as security and you can afford the repayments.

There are no advance payments required but an arrangement fee of up to 10% of the loan amount may be charged and added to the loan.
